Guarantee of Satisfaction
Our guarantee of satisfaction is unconditional. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return your purchase(s) made at www.hobbyculture.sg within 30 days from receipt.
Return Policy
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs included in your order (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.
This repayment will be effected using your original payment method; in no case will you be charged any fees by Hobby Culture as a result of this repayment. There may, however, be small deviations in the refunded amount if your payment was made in a foreign currency and subject to exchange rate changes.
Please Note:
- Bundles/sets must be returned in full (no partial bundle returns).
- Returns will be dealt on a case to case basis for certain limited-time deals, discounts, non Local or promotional offers.
- The customer must bear the return shipping costs, unless the goods are defective or there is a shipping error.If goods are returned due to a defect within the warranty period or due to our shipping error, Hobby Culture will cover the return shipping cost (standard delivery only; express shipping upgrades will not be refunded).Returns must be initiated within 2 weeks of receiving your goods.
Damaged or Defective Products
Goods that are defective upon arrival may be returned within the 30-day withdrawal period free of charge.
Please contact our Customer Support via online.hobbyculture@gmail.com to request a return authorisation and further instructions.
We Do Not Refund Products That:
- Were purchased from sources other than www.hobbyculture.sg
- Were damaged due to abuse or negligence (e.g., exposure to chemicals, open flames, excessive heat, sharp objects, etc.).
- Were damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.
- Show damage from normal wear and tear or have exceeded their reasonable product lifespan.
Condition of Returned Goods
- If possible, please avoid damage or contamination of the goods.
- Whenever possible, return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and components. If you no longer have the original box, please use suitable packaging to ensure the items are well protected against transport damage.
- When your return request is processed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number, which should be clearly marked on the exterior of your package prior to shipping (where possible).
Refund Process
Your payment method will be credited for the price of your product and any taxes, excluding shipping costs (unless the entire order is returned).
Refunds will be processed once Hobby Culture has received and inspected the returned item.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear in your account.
Hobby Culture cannot guarantee refund credit for orders not returned in line with this returns policy.
For international returns (outside Singapore), you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These costs will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
